Instructions
Setting up Signature for Outlook Express Users

- Right-click the desired signature animation, and select Save Target As

Save the file to a location on your computer
(It might be best to save it in your My Documents folder so you don’t loose or delete it)
- Open Outlook Express
- Click on Tools, and then choose Options
- Click on the Signature tab
- Near the bottom of the page, click the file radio button, and then click the Browse button
- Locate the signature that you downloaded in Step 1
- If you would like to include the signature in all your emails you can check the box Add signature to all outgoing messages, but if not leave the box unchecked.
- Click Finish and you’re done!
- To insert the signature in an email (if you did not choose to do so automatically) just click Insert and then choose Signature

Setting up Signature for Outlook Users

- Right-click the desired signature animation, and select Save Target As
- Save the file to a location on your computer
(It might be best to save it in your My Documents folder so you don’t loose or delete it)
- Open Outlook.
- Click on Tools then choose Options from the drop down list.-> Mail Format -> Signature Picker
- In the new window click on the Mail Format tab at the top.
- Now click the Signature Picker button.
- In the new window click on the New button.
- In the new window enter the name “GP Signature,” then click the radio button next to the words “Use this file as a template.”
- Click the Browse button and locate the file you saved (in step “1” above).
- Click the Next button, then the Finish button.
Note: To use your new signature your email format must be set to HTML. (DO NOT choose Word as your email editor.) To make sure that is done, go to Tools -> Options -> Mail Format -> Message format -> HTML.
