Here are the extra precautions we are taking to protect our guests at LVBC:

  • We have returned to our normal schedule of services with the exception of our Adult Bible Discovery Groups and Sunday School (hopefully resuming in August).
  • We are asking all who show any symptoms of illness, as well as those who are in any way immunocompromised, to please stay home and enjoy our livestreaming online.
  • All of our auditorium pew-chair seating has been rearranged to be socially distanced.
  • We have indoor overflow seating available in our chapel and outdoor seating under the carport canopy. That is in addition to the ability to listen from your car on your radio via 99.3FM.
  • We have removed hymnbooks and pew Bibles from our auditorium.
  • We are not passing offering plates…giving can be done via our offering boxes or online.
  • All “high-contact” surfaces are cleaned and sanitized after every service.
  • As of July, our HVAC systems have been equipped with bipolar needlepoint ionization systems to disinfected particles both in the air and on surfaces.
  • In accordance with the PA health department, we are politely asking that all people over the age of 12 wear a mask or facial covering (unless a medical condition prevents you from doing so).
  • At the conclusion of our services, we are dismissing in a regulated, orderly fashion and requesting that all interaction and fellowship be done outdoors instead of in the building.
  • We are asking people to refrain from handshaking to encourage social distancing.
  • Our nursery and children’s classes are now open (as of 7/12/20).
