My name is Lloyd Mininger, and this is my story.

"Blessed be God, who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son: In whom we have redemption through his blood, even the forgiveness of sins: Who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of every creature: For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him: And he is before all things, and by him all things consist.” (Colossians 1:13-17) Jesus said, “Go ye into all the world and preach the Gospel to every creature” (Mark 16:15)

May I briefly share an experience that changed my life, and eternal destiny from hell to heaven 75 years ago when I was a teenager? After hearing the good news of the gospel on the radio, the message “that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; and that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures.” (1 Corinthians 15:3-4) As a lost, guilty, helpless sinner under conviction, I repented (Luke 13:3) and by faith received the Lord Jesus Christ into my heart as my personal Savior and Lord (John 1:9-13, 3:16).

My spiritual birth into God’s family (John 3:1-7) and daily walk with my Lord has given me a real peace and joy these many years. Having the blessed Bible assurance of sins forgiven (Colossians 1:14), and eternity in heaven (John 14:1-6) with my wonderful Lord Jesus, who loved me (Galatians 2:20), and with His precious life’s blood paid the awful penalty of my sins on Calvary’s cruel cross (I Peter 1:18, 19, 2:24).

Jesus also said, “The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand: repent ye, and believe the gospel.” (Mark 1:15) “For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God.” (Romans 3:23)
“There is none righteous, no, not one.” (Romans 3:10)

“For there is not a just man upon earth, that doeth good, and sinneth not.” (Ecclesiastes 7:20)

“For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.” (Romans 6:23)

“I tell you, Nay, but except ye repent ye shall all likewise perish.” (Luke 13:3).
"As a lost, guilty, helpless sinner under conviction, I repented and by faith received the Lord Jesus Christ into my heart as my personal Savior and Lord."
Believe the Gospel! “For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ, for it is the power of God unto salvation, to every one that believeth.” (Romans 1:16)

“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” (John 3:16)

“That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.” (Romans 10:9)

“Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.” (John 14:6)

“Then said Jesus again unto them, I go my way, and ye shall seek me, and shall die in your sins: whither I go, ye cannot come. … I said therefore unto you, that ye shall die in your sins: for if ye believe not that I am he, ye shall die in your sins.” (John 8:21, 24)

“Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.” (Acts 4:12)

“But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name…” (John 1:10-13)

“Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again.” (John 3:7)

“For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast.” (Ephesians 2:8-9)
"My prayer is that you, too, would believe the Gospel, repent of your sins, call on the Lord Jesus to save you, if you have never done so. This is life’s greatest decision!”
“Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost;” (Titus 3:5)

“And brought them out, and said, Sirs, what must I do to be saved? And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house.” (Acts 16:30-31)

“For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.” (Romans 10:13)

“How shall we escape, if we neglect so great salvation?” (Hebrews 2:3)
My prayer is that you, too, would believe the Gospel, repent of your sins, call on the Lord Jesus to save you, if you have never done so. This is life’s greatest decision! I am now 90 years of age. The Lord, my God, has been very good in meeting my every physical, spiritual, and material need these many years. He was with me in the good times, and helped me through the difficult times. I have been blessed with a wonderful family. My first wife, Edna, being taken home to Glory at age 50, left me with two children, Sheila and Dean, six grandchildren, and 13 great-grandchildren. My present wife, Alberta, has two daughters, Linda and Donna, six grandchildren, and ten great-grandchildren.

My favorite verses of Scripture are: “I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.” (Galatians 2:20)

“Thou wilt shew me the path of life: in thy presence is fulness of joy; at thy right hand there are pleasures for evermore.” (Psalm 16:11)

“Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the LORD for ever.” (Psalm 23:6)

My ultimate desire is to be with, and enjoy Him, my Heavenly Father, His Beloved Son, my Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, the blessed Holy Spirit, my family, and all of you, His redeemed family, forever!

“Blessed be the Lord for evermore. Amen, and Amen.” (Psalm 89:52)
